Enrollment Process

Follow the steps below to enroll at one of our Birch Tree Academy locations!

1. Tour

We think Birch Tree Academy is the best! If it weren’t, we’d be out working to make it better. What’s most important is that it’s perfect for your family. Come and visit the school, meet the staff, see the classrooms and try out the playground. If your timing is right, you might even be able to sample our incredible cuisine.

2. Apply

Enjoyed your tour? Fill out an application for your child and if there is space, you will be placed on a class list. If the class is full, we’ll put you on the wait-list and give you our best estimate of when there will be an opening. Please note that your child’s space is not reserved until we have your completed application and deposit payment.

3. Visit Your Class

Come and visit your child’s classroom to meet their teacher and future classmates. This helps make the transition easier for everyone.

4. Get Excited!

Let’s talk about the best way to introduce your child to their class and teachers for their first day. They are going to love it at Birch Tree Academy!
