Send us your $50 non-refundable application fee to made out to ‘abc Academy’ and mail to:

We strongly recommend that you call to arrange to meet us and book a tour to ensure that abc would be the right fit for your family.

If you are applying for more than one child, please complete a separate application form for each child. If you are applying to more than one location, please also complete a separate application form for each location. Thank you, but there is no need to send multiple application fees in either of these situations.
